To connect your Apple iPhone or iPod Touch to your Pavlov Media wireless service, please do the following:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPod Touch
- Click on General.
- Click on About.
- Scroll down and find the Wi-Fi Address. This is your wireless MAC Address. Please write this down as the iPhone OS will not allow you to copy it.
- Click on the back button in the top-left labeled General.
- Click on the back button in the top-left labeled Settings.
- Click on Wi-Fi
- Slide Wi-Fi to On
- Choose the Network labeled “pavlovmedia” and wait for your mobile device to connect.
- Click on the Home button.
- Follow the steps outlined in the article "How to register a device to your account" to activate your iPhone or iPod Touch to your Pavlov Media account. This may be done on either your mobile device or on your laptop or desktop computer.
Once your iPhone or iPod Touch's MAC Address is activated on your account you should be able to connect.
If you have trouble connecting after activating your iPhone, please wait 10 minutes and then restart your iPhone by doing the following:
- Hold down your iPhone's Home button and Power button at the same time for 5 seconds.
- Slide the red slider with the white arrow all the way to the right to turn your device off.
- Once the device is off, press the Power button to turn it back on.
